The project is divided into four phases: Shell Construction, Ground & Upper Floor, Roof, and Finishing.

The Shell Construction includes earth excavation, topsoil storage, a reinforced concrete foundation slab with water-resistant concrete, soil replacement, reinforcement, and a PVC-Nylon cover.

The Ground & Upper Floor involves reinforced concrete support columns and slabs, and walls made of grid blocks. The Roof phase covers gable wall masonry, a wooden roof structure with brown ”Continental Plus” tiles, and white gutters.

The extensive Finishing Phase details material, installation, connection, and commissioning of various elements, including electrical connections, PVC windows and exterior doors with roller shutters and mosquito nets (”SALAMANDER”), exterior wall facade system with 5 cm ”MAXIMA” polystyrene thermal insulation, electrical and sanitary installations (with optional positioning), cement-based plaster for interior walls (painted white or tinted), MDF or PVC interior doors (based on provided samples), 5-6 cm floor screed, ceramic tile floor coverings (€15.00/m², 5 designs), fully tiled bathroom walls (€15.00/m², 5 models), waterproofing of bathrooms and terraces, ”GROHE” built-in flush cisterns, linear floor drains, fixed glass shower partition, a half-concrete/half-glass railing on the upper terrace, well drilling and a 4 bar water pump, fiber optic cable installation (M:TEL), four single inverter air conditioners, a biological wastewater treatment plant (2.00m x 2.50m), standard sanitary facilities in bathrooms, two 80-liter water heaters, a 1.00m wide walkway around the building, optional wrought iron/glass/aluminum interior stair railing, and a tiled veranda with stairs on two sides.
