Dadurch ergaben sich wertvolle Einblicke in die technischen Ausführungsdetails – etwa die Verlegung von Leitungen, die Dämmung, Isolierung und saubere Abklebung innen wie außen. Die sichtbare Bauqualität ist durchweg hoch: präzise Ausführung, saubere Übergänge und hochwertige Materialien in allen Gewerken – vom Rohbau bis zur Innenausstattung. Das Raum- und Aufteilungskonzept ist funktional und zugleich wohnlich durchdacht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Gemessen an vergleichbaren Objekten in der Region sind die Adana Villas erstaunlich fair kalkuliert – vor allem im Verhältnis zur klar erkennbaren Bauqualität.
